I love raw milk. Even whole milk hardly gets close to the taste of raw milk. I was raised on raw milk. I have no idea how my parents got it, but we went to the farm weekly and often toured it(homeschool field trip :) ). I have friends in Ohio who "own a cow" and drink raw milk. It's really good stuff, and I can't drink it often enough.

AMEN! I've been meaning to comment on Serina's blog myself, but haven't taken the time to put together a coherent thought yet. :) But I will say that I'd trust a well-maintained, inspected, certified dairy over one that relies on pasteurization and hence can get away with being sloppier. Too bad I can't find such a place in Florida. We DO certify citrus juice producers and thus can legally obtain unpasteurized orange and grapefruit juice -- and I can attest that the flavor is lightyears above even the best of the grocery store, pasteurized variety.
