fill a medium to small bowl with 1/4 granola

next add 2/4 of your preferred bowl size with vanilla yogurt (non-fat works just as well, and I sometimes prefer plain yogurt)

next add 3 heaping tablespoons full of frozen whip cream (light whip cream is just as good)

Mash it all up, though try to keep a couple good chunks of the frozen whip cream, then whala - a very healthy breakfast that has a Christmas taste!

I can't remember if Bill has had it before. We might have had it at a Joyful Noise retreat sometime at our house.

Though, of course, Bill is always polite with strange food (though since we were at our house, and likely that his Oreo cereal or fake cheese was close by, he might have just grabbed that and no one noticed...).

I still laugh when I think about Heather serving him Egg and Lentil Curry and carrot juice when we were first married.

I'd suspect that ours is a variation on Judy's, since I think Mom got it from her.

sounds yummy...although I'd have to fib about the cottage cheese so Bill would eat it... :P

How joyous to have the "original" recipe...Judy gave me hers, today, which is a variation. So we will have to decide which one. I think the original is hard to beat...I think the Presnor comes from whoever originally had the recipe...Judy, or someone in Deborah's. It has certainly been around the block.

It was great to see you and the kids, a while back. Enjoy your Christmas...we will wave to you as we pass by.
